针对柳杨堡气田前期压裂施工中存在的稠化剂浓度高、残渣含量高、延时交联时间较短、施工泵注压力高、破胶不彻底等问题,优选了高温缓速交联剂,并在此基础上优化了稠化剂HPG 浓度、交联比、破胶剂组合类型:稠化剂浓度由0.55%降至0.45%,最佳交联比为0.3%~0.5%。采用高温胶囊破胶剂+APS组合破胶的方式,开展了破胶剂加量优化及对应破胶时间试验,优化形成了一套适合柳杨堡深层高温气田压裂施工需要的压裂液配方。该配方有效降低了稠化剂浓度,延迟了交联时间,在保证了顺利压裂施工的同时,能够快速破胶返排。现场试验应用3井/11段,施工成功率100%,效果良好,能够满足该区块高温井压裂施工需要。
Abstract:
Aiming at the existing problem at the early stage of fracturing operation in Liuyangbao Gas Field such as high thickener concentration, high residue content, short delayed crosslinking time, high pumping injection pressure, incomplete gel-breaking , a high temperature retarded crosslinking agent is selected. And based on the study, the concentration of thickener HPG, crosslinking ratio, gel breaker combination type are optimized. Thickener concentration is reduced from 0.55% to 0.45% and the best crosslinking ratio is 0.3% to 0.5%. The optimization of gel breaker dosage and the corresponding break time are researched by using high temperature capsule breaker+APS combination gel breaking. In the end, a set of fracturing fluid formula for fracturing operation is optimized and formed which is suitable for deep and high-temperature of Liuyangbao Gas Field. It reduces the concentration of the thickener effectively and delays the crosslinking time, and it also ensures the fracturing operation smoothly and gel breaking flowback quickly. Field test is carried out in 11 wells and success rate reaches 100%. And good effect is obtained and can meet the needs of fracturing operation in high temperature well of the area.
