利用工业废弃物粉煤灰和玻化微珠保温砂浆干粉配制保温砂浆,在保温砂浆干粉中按质量比例添加粉煤灰,测试粉煤灰与保温砂浆干粉质量比分别为0∶1、0.1∶1、0.2∶1、0.3∶1、0.4∶1、0.5∶1、0.6∶1、0.8∶1和1∶1时对玻化微珠保温砂浆容重、抗压强度和导热系数的影响。试验结果表明,粉煤灰能改善玻化微珠保温砂浆容重、抗压强度和导热系数;当粉煤灰与保温砂浆干粉质量比为0.3∶1时,保温砂浆各项性能指标达到最佳。该试验结果对于粉煤灰玻化微珠保温砂浆性能的优化设计具有参考价值。

In this paper, industrial waste fly ash and dry powder of vitrified micro bubbles thermal mortar are utilized to prepare a thermal mortar in order to advocate the national energy conservation and environmental protection policy. The fly ash is blended with the thermal mortar powder by quality proportion, and different volume-weight, compression bearing capacity and heat conductivity coefficient of vitrified micro bead thermal mortar is tested, the fly ash and thermal mortar powder mass ratio is tested as 0:1,0.1:1,0.2:1,0.3:1,0.4:1,0.5:1,0.6:1,0.8:1 and 1:1 The test results show that the fly ash can improve volume-weight, compression bearing capacity and heat conductivity coefficient of vitrified micro bubbles thermal mortar. When the fly ash and thermal mortar powder mass ratio are between 10%-30%, various performances of the thermal mortar achieve the best effects. The test results provide reference for optimizing design of fly ash thermal mortar blended with vitrified micro beads.
