摘要:
对新疆台5井区储层的地质特征进行了探讨,评价了该区块的敏感性,并对该区块储层的潜在损害因素进行了综合分析。试验结果表明,该井区储层为强水敏性损害,具有较强的水敏性、中等速敏性、中等碱敏感性及中等偏强的酸敏感性。针对该地区储层孔渗特征,结合储层敏感性评价资料,初步确定适合该区域储层特性的射孔液体系,该体系性能稳定,流变性能好;抑制黏土膨胀的能力强;热滚回收率为95.5%;降低射孔液表面张力明显,降低率超过50%;缓蚀效果好,腐蚀速率仅为0.00213mm/a。岩心损害试验结果表明,该体系对储层岩心的渗透率恢复值在90%以上,能够有效保护新疆台5井区的储层。现场应用效果优良,试验井的产量比对比井的产量提高约10%~30%。
Abstract:
The geological characteristics of the reservoirs in Wellblock Tai.5 in Xinjiang are discussed. The potential damage factors of the reservoirs are analyzed by the sensitivity evaluation test. The experimental results show that the reservoirs in the wellblock are strong water sensitive damage with strong water sensitivity and moderate speed sensitivity, moderate alkaline sensitivity and moderate strong acid sensitivity. According to the reservoir porosity characteristics and the reservoir sensitivity evaluation data, the perforation fluid system suitable for the reservoir characteristics is preliminarily determined in the region. The system is stable with good rheology and the ability of inhibiting clay expansion is strong, the recovery ratio of hot rolling is 95.5%. It can obviously reduce the surface tension of the perforating fluid with reduction rate of 50%.It has a good corrosion inhibition effect with the corrosion rate of only0.00213 mm/a. The core damage test result shows that the core recovery ratio of the system is over 90%, which can effectively protect the reservoirs in Wellblock Tai 5. Good effect is obtained in field application , the production in the test well is 10%~30% higher than that in the contrast well.
